Prevention, response and recovery

Our coverage is organized into three real, verifiable levels: two preventive service levels, according to what your operation needs and what regulations require, and a third level of activation in an emergency.

Level 1 · Preventive

Coverage Certificate

Our base level and entry point for vessels, smaller terminals and maritime agencies. You notify us of the operation and within 30–60 minutes we issue your certificate, guaranteeing response in the shortest possible time in the event of a spill.

· Certificate in 30 to 60 minutes
· Guaranteed response in any port or body of water
· Drill and training on the first service

Level 2 · Preventive

Boom and dedicated personnel on site

The next step: when regulation —external or company policy— requires the boom to be deployed preventively during the operation, with personnel on site from start to finish.

· Boom deployed and removed on time
· Uniformed personnel on site throughout the operation
· Final report in Spanish and English

The scheme operating today at UPM, Corporación Navíos, ANCAP and the ports administered by ANP.

Level 3 · Emergency

Immediate spill response

Effective containment and safe recovery in a real spill. With a valid certificate or preventive service, this level is activated automatically and at no mobilization cost.

· Response in ports in one hour or less
· Rest of the country within a maximum of 6 hours
· Containment, recovery and final waste disposal

With a valid certificate, the Level 3 response activates automatically and at no mobilization cost. Without prior coverage, it is subject to availability and a mobilization fee.
